Privacy Statement
Die Werft is a planning firm with two individual enterprises in Munich and Paris. Founded in 1998 in Munich as a trading partnership, we have been a Gesellschaft des Bürgerlichen Rechts (German civil-law partnership) from 2002 till 2015. Since 2016 we are a PartG mbB (Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Berufshaftung).

Contact may be made via the email address provided. In such cases, any personal details of the user transmitted with the email may be saved, but none of the data will be forwarded to any third parties.
The details provided will only be used for the purpose of conversing with the user.
Data processing
We only process the personal data of our users to the extent that it is necessary to provide a functioning website, including our content and services. Every time our website is accessed,
our system automatically records data and information from the computer system of the device being used to access the site. The legal basis for this temporary storage of the data and log files is Art.Ê6 (1) f of the GDPR.
Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable transmission of the website to the users computer. The IP address of the user has to be stored for the duration of the session.
The details are erased as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were recorded. In the case of data recorded for the purpose of transmitting our website, this means as soon as each session ends.
For this reason, there is no opportunity [or need] for the user to object to the practice.
Our website does not use any cookies.
